Baked Camembert
  • 1 wheel of Brie (double or triple cream)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely sliced
  • Sprigs of rosemary or thyme
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Take the brie out of its packaging and place on the top of a baking tray. Score the top with a sharp knife and push sprigs of rosemary and garlic in the indents.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey .
  4. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.Serve immediately with a glass of red and bread and crackers.
