Take the brie out of its packaging and place on the top of a baking tray. Score the top with a sharp knife and push sprigs of rosemary and garlic in the indents.
Drizzle with olive oil and honey .
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.Serve immediately with a glass of red and bread and crackers.
