A summery twist on the traditional bellini.
Ingredients
  • 125ml Barker's Squeezed Redcurrants with Cranberry and Pomegranate Syrup
  • 750ml bottle Prosecco chilled
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Combine Barker’s Squeezed Redcurrants with Cranberry and Pomegranate Syrup with a bottle of prosecco in a cocktail jug.
  2. Add a handful of fresh berries to taste.
  3. Pour into individual champagne flutes and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a toothpick studed with berries.
  4. Add ice if required
