Addict Food and Coffee (Fitzroy) 8/10 (One of the best potato hashes in Melbourne)

Barry (Northcote) – 9/10 (One of Melbourne’s famous brunch institutions).

Bluebird Espresso (Collingwood) – 9/10 Great coffee, brunch, friendly service. What’s more to say?!

Bossy Boots (Brighton) – 8/10 (A Brighton institution, the corn fritters are spectacular!)

Cecconi’s (CBD) 7/10 (A reliable option for a pre work breakfast in the CBD. Italian fare.)

Combi (Elwood) 8/10 (One of my favourite bayside cafes for organic smoothies and superbowls. Not to mention the very grammable food!).

Element (Lower Plenty) 8/10 Recently relaunched, this is a restaurant which is sure to impress on a special occasion. Unfortunately it’s a little out of the way for most!

Friends of Mine (Richmond) – 8/10 (The best banana bread I have had in Melbourne)

Giddyup Mule (Yarraville) – 8/10 (Great range of raw, gluten free and vegan options).

Kitty Burns (Abbotsford) – 9/10 (Excellent food, top notch coffee and beautiful riverside location make this one of the hottest brunch spots to open in 2016.

Left Field (Carnegie) – 9/10 Amazing food, coffee and atmosphere. The only downside is the crowds

Little Sunflower Cafe (Elwood) 8/10 A cheery, light filled cafe with lovely wholesome brunch options.

Mammoth (Armadale) 9/10 One of Melbourne’s hottest brunch options for good reason!

One Plus Piece (Balwyn) 6/10 An anime themed cafe in Balwyn. Come here for the burgers and the roti

Scarvelli Cafe (Balwyn) 8/10 A delightful cafe specialising in paddock to plate dishes and superb coffee.

Academy Kitchen and Bar 8/10 (Richmond) A great blend of finer dining and casual classics on Bridge Road.

Albert and Sydney 6/10 (Brunswick) A funky wine and cocktail bar on Brunswick’s Sydney Road.

Bang Pop (South Wharf) – 7/10 (Tasty thai food in a fun, colourful atmosphere)

Bar Idda (Brunswick East) – 9/10 (One of my favourite locals in Melbourne enough said)

Bistro Vue (CBD) – 8/10 (French fine dining at its best. Old school romanticism Parisian style)

Chin Chin (CBD) – 8/10 (One of Melbourne’s hottest restaurants, get there early to avoid the line!)

Colonial Tramcar Restaurant (CBD) – 8/10 (A fun experience onboard a historical tram)

Cumulus Inc (CBD) – 8/10  (Andrew McConnell at his best. One of my favourites in the CBD.

Dutchess (CBD) – 8/10 (A New York inspired stylish restaurant/bar in the heart of the CBD)

Element Restaurant (Lower Plenty) – 8/10 A gorgeous hideaway in Lower Plenty, perfect for a romantic evening or special occasion.

Epocha (Carlton) – 8/10 (Beautiful, romantic dining room, the food is also superb)

Gazi (CBD) – 8/10 (Greek street food at its best)

Gingerboy (CBD) 7/10 (Sexy style street food. Not ordering the son in law eggs is a crime!)

Hammer and Tong (Collingwood) – 8/10 (The best soft shell crab burger in Melbourne)

Hell of the North (Fitzroy) 8/10 (If this is hell I want to move right in. Order the gnocchi!)

Hellenic Republic (Kew) – 7/10 (Great quality Greek food in Kew, George Calombaris restaurant)

La Svolta (Prahran) – 7/10 (A Prahran institution for its Italian pizzas)

Madame Brussels (CBD) – 8/10 (Feels like a Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea Party, great rooftop bar)

Mister Bianco (Kew) 8/10 A modern twist on Sicilian food. Do not miss the cannoli!!

Mr Mason (CBD) – 7/10 (A good spot for post work dinner and drinks)

Nieuw Amsterdam (CBD) – 8/10 (One of the best new openings in Melbourne)

Panama Dining Room (Fitzroy) 8/10  (One of Melbourne’s most beautiful dining rooms, offering delicious sharing plates and cocktails)

Royal Stacks (CBD) – 7/10 (Shake Shack quality burgers hit Melbourne CBD. Try the frozen custard!)

Saint Barry (Surrey Hills) – 7/10 Contemporary Greek dining with a nice neighbourhood feeel

Sezar (CBD) – 8/10 (Serving up delicious Armenian food, don’t miss the sous vide BBQ chicken)

Son in Law (Collingwood) 8/10 (One of my favourite spots for modern Thai food in Melbourne. Don’t miss the fried chicken ribs and pork belly. The cocktails are great too)

State of Grace (CBD) – 8/10 (Don’t miss the hidden fall from Grace downstairs)

Stokehouse City (CBD) – 7/10 (It may not have the beach location but it does have Ollie Gould!)

Stoke Bar + Kitchen (CBD) – 8/10 (The revamped bar/kitchen of Stokehouse City downstairs)

Taxi Kitchen (CBD) – 8/10 (Gorgeous food and venue with bird’s eye views over the Yarra River)

Tenpin Kitchen (Port Melbourne) – 7/10 An Asian fusion eatery on Beach Road with delicious cocktails. Don’t miss the upper deck for spectacular views of the sunset.

The Dutchess (CBD) 7/10 (A beautiful Manhattan style restaurant and bar in the heart of the CBD)

The Commoner (Fitzroy) – 9/10 (One of my top ten restaurants in Melbourne)

Le Petit Gateau (CBD) – 9/10 (Pierrick Boyer’s beautiful cake shop)

Piggery Cafe (Sherbrooke) 8/10 (A perfect setting for a cafe at Burnham Beeches. A great afternoon tea).

Tivoli Road Bakery (South Yarra) 9/10 (One of my favourite bakeries in London for their delicious sourdough, pastries and their signature doughnuts)>

Victoria (Regional)

Frangos & Frangos (Daylesford) – 7/10

Lake House (Daylesford) – 9/10 (Alla Wolf-Tasker’s 2 hatted restaurant. Regional meets fine dining at it’s best).

Merricks Creek Winery (Mornington Peninsula) 9/10 Mornington’s Peninsula’s newest cellar door in Merricks Creek. The perfect spot to enjoy rustic sharing plates and a bottle of pinot noir.

Merrijig Kitchen, (Port Fairy) – 8/10

Royal Mail Hotel (Dunkeld) – 9/10 Two hatted restaurant. Chef’s tasting menu is exceptional.

Sault Restaurant (Daylesford) 8/10 A picture perfect restaurant amongst lavender fields with a spectacular tasting menu crafted by Santiage.

Wombat Hill House (Daylesford) 9/10 The most beautiful garden cafe you’ll find in Victoria.

Adelaide

Cliche Exhibition (North Adelaide) –  7.5/10

Fancy Burger (Kensington Gardens) 6/10 (Decent burgers but not the best I have had)

Gin Long Canteen (North Adelaide) – 6/10

Matsuri (CBD) – 7/10

Melt CBD (CBD) – 7/10

Kensington Street Social (Chippendale) 8/10 Jason Atherton’s first restaurant in Sydney in the charming Old Clare Hotel.

Restaurant Nomad (Surry Hills) – 8.5/10

Bangkok

Nahm (Como by Metropolitan)  9/10 – Hands down my favourite restaurant in Bangkok. A must visit.

Hong Kong

Spring Moon (Hong Kong) – 7/10
